The Luminex® 100/200™ System is a flexible analyzer based on the principles of flow cytometry.
The system enables you to multiplex (simultaneously measure) up to 100 analytes in a single microplate well, using very small samples. The system delivers fast and cost-effective bioassay results on many assay formats including nucleic acid assays, receptor-ligand assays, immunoassays, and enzymatic assays.
The Luminex 100/200 System is the combination of three core xMAP® Technologies. The first is xMAP microspheres, a family of fluorescently dyed micron-sized polystyrene microspheres that act as both the identifier and the solid surface to build the assay. The second is a flow cytometry-based instrument, the Luminex 100/200 analyzer, which integrates key xMAP detection components, such as lasers, optics, fluidics, and high-speed digital signal processors. The third component is the xPONENT® software, which is designed for protocol-based data acquisition with robust data regression analysis.
The FLEXMAP 3D® is Luminex’s most advanced and versatile multiplexing platform. Fast read time, compatibility with both 96- and 384-well plates, and ease of integration with front-end automation systems make the FLEXMAP 3D the platform of choice for high throughput applications. The platform uses both magnetic and non-magnetic microspheres and is capable of simultaneously measuring up to 500 genes or proteins from a small sample. Automated start up, shut down, and maintenance routines make the FLEXMAP 3D easy to use and maintain.

The EVOLVE manual pipette features three adjustable dials to rapidly set volumes. This approach allows users to set volumes more than ten times faster than standard manual pipettes.
QUICK SET DIALS
Unlike traditional pipettes which utilize a single rotating plunger to set volumes, EVOLVE features one dial for setting each of three volume digits. This is the same convenient method used to unlock three dial combination locks.
Simply depress and twist the plunger to release spring tension from the volume dials. This allows users to freely adjust all dials in either direction. Once set, twist and return the plunger to the up position.
Volumes set on traditional manual pipettes can often change while pipetting due to unintentional plunger turns. The EVOLVE Quick Set Dial design prevents inadvertent volume drift due to plunger movements while pipetting.
GRIPTIP PIPETTE TIPS WHICH NEVER LEAK OR FALL OFF
GripTips are always firmly attached and perfectly aligned, regardless of how many side well touch offs are performed. You no longer have to hammer your pipette tips on or worry about pipette tips falling off!

The rim (3) of the GripTips will snap over the Multi-Lobes (1), attaching firmly. As a result, GripTips will never accidently fall off.
A shoulder (4) provides a positive stop to prevent over-tightening of the tip. The GripTip can only be attached up to that point and no further, ensuring that all tips are at the same height. As a result, the tip is either on or off, but nothing in between.
INTERCHANGEABLE PLUNGER SPRING ASSEMBLIES
Two differently sized plunger springs allow users to customize the force needed to depress the plunger to their preference. The controlled plunger spring option allows users to slow the aspiration and dispense speeds resulting in improved pipetting technique and results.
The controlled plunger spring is compatible with all single channel EVOLVE pipettes except the 5 ml model. Changing the spring is completed in seconds.
INTEGRA LINEAR STAND
Storing pipettes upright is important to prevent liquid or debris from entering the tip fitting. Proper storage also extends the life of a pipette.
The INTEGRA linear stand is ideal for hanging EVOLVE pipettes up off the lab bench. Up to twelve manual pipettes can be placed on a linear stand. EVOLVE shelf hooks are also available for proper storage.
In the past, scientists were restricted to use single channel pipettes when transferring samples between labware of different formats. Such single transfers as gel loading, tube to plate transfers or 96-well to 384-well plate reformatting are tedious and an error prone tasks.
VOYAGER II multichannel pipettes have been designed to address this problem specifically. It is the first and only automatic adjustable tip spacing pipette on the market. Using a VOYAGER II you can transfer multiple samples at once in the blink of an eye. Moreover, by reducing transfer steps, VOYAGER II helps you prevent pipetting errors and repetitive strain injuries (RSI).
How it works
VOYAGER II pipettes feature a unique motorized tip spacing, enabling parallel transfer of multiple samples between labware of different sizes and formats. The tip spacing can be changed by a simple push of a button.
ELECTRONICALLY ADJUSTABLE TIP SPACING
VOYAGER II pipettes allow the tip spacing to expand anywhere between 4.5 mm and 33 mm at the push of a button.
The motorized tip spacing offers many advantages over manual tip spacing adjustments:

· These user defined tip spacings are saved. No need to memorize spacings of different labware formats.
INTUITIVE OPERATION AND NAVIGATION
The Touch Wheel interface offers a quick and ergonomic way to modify pipetting parameters. It enables you to browse through menus, change pipetting volumes and speeds or other settings. Changing a dispense volume has never been so fast and easy!
The full color screen provides full text menus and displays pipetting protocols without abbreviations, making INTEGRA's pipettes particularly easy to understand and intuitive to use.
